Amendment 8(BAIL AND PUNISHMENT)
Bail and punishment is important because if people were falsly accused of a crime they would be treated harsh for no reason .If it was taken away then they will get a word about they are not nonguilty.

Dear editor,
The right to bear arms is important to us because we need some way to defend or protect ourselves from dangerous things. If that amendment didn’t exist, and someone was to break into my house, I would need to defend myself somehow with a weapon, but since I wouldn’t have one, I would be held as a hostage and robbed. That would be bad. If it did exist, then we could defend ourselves and not get robbed or held as a hostage because of a criminal.
Sincerely,
Cody N. Mateo v. Evan M.

Amendment 2 (Weapons and militia)

We think that people should protect themselves but we think that people shouldn’t use weapons for the wrong thing. Only the army and police should be able to use guns because there the protectors of us. People can have weapons such as knives and baseball bats but not weapons that can hurt you in range. We have an argument that may consult to this amendment but other parts we think are ok.

Dear Editor,

The second ammendment allows people to have fire arms to defend yourself. If we never had the second ammendment we wouldn't be able to defend ourselves. We also woldn't be able to help anyone in the zombie appocolypse. We would be getting mugged all over the place. If there were mass murderderers we couldn't do anything. Sometimes the government (the only people who still have guns) wouldn't be able to protect us every second.

Dear Editor,

We choose Amendment 4 because we thought there would be problems if it was taken out of the Bill of Rights because people could just walk in your house and take stuff without a warrant.
These are our reasons…
*People could just walk in your house
*People could dress up as the police and arrest you
*Or a person could go into your house and steal money from you
*They could pretend to be the police and take special things for example: important doc. jewelry, and electronics
*People could steal something without you knowing and you could spend a long time looking for it even though it’s missing
*A person could go into your house steal your child’s birth certificate and then say that it’s their child because they have the birth certificat

Amendment 2
dear editor,
People will not be able to purchase guns so then they could not protect themselves. So then when it becomes illegal more and more people will start stealing guns. Also the bad people will be the only ones with weapons and other people would have no self-defense. Only the government would be able to have guns to protect them self. And if any one else if there not in the army who has guns will be arrested.

Sincerely Luke C. Gavin S . Colin B.

Dear Editor,
Amendment 4 is unacceptable because people could come into your home and take your PRECIOUS things. Like the children! Think about the CHILDREN!!!! If people came into your homes, then they would take your vase from your Grandma! Even if you DON’T have one. Be careful with the people you allow in your house! If they take your things, call the cops. Because RoBbErS DON’T have the RIGHT to STEAL your STUFF! People should be comfortable at home.

Dear Editor,
We chose freedom of speech amendment 1 because we imagined people saying whatever they wanted, if it was for a good or bad reason. Are group thinks that if there was no freedom of speech people would be going crazy with curse words and people will not have the freedom to say what they need to say about being guilty and not guilty. If everybody said what they wanted then it would not be good because that person could say mean stuff and the person he or she is talking to will be mad and sad. It would affect us because then everybody would think it was ok to say what people wanted even if it was a nice or horrible.
Sincerely, Emma C miraal S and Sydney W
