If this amendment was canceled it would be a problem because people derserve privacy and the right to "shoo" soldiers off. Itr would be concerning if soldiers came in the middle of the night demanding to sleep in your bed, and eat your food (we're not done) :)

It would be unconsttitoutional if you got rid of amendment 8, because you could be punished in ways other than Jail or DEATH!!! You also couldn't be bailed out of jail, if you got in.

The Third Amendment states that the government cannot house thier soldiers in your house to stay in for the war. This is important to the Americans because they had to house British soldiers unwillingly. They reluctantly gave them food, supplies, and shelter that they needed. Life in America will change if we have to house soldiers. We will have to give up our supplies that we need and deserve to have.

Amendment 8 - People are not allowed t use cruel or unusual punishment.Think about it people would be tortured on a daily basis.If this amendment was ot present it could end the world with a third world war or a nuclear war and end the world. The streets would be filled with fire and fights the president might even be taken down by the people.And that is what would happen if the 8th amendment want written.

We think that amendment 1 is very because congress can pass laws that take away bacic freedoms like freedom of speech, for ex. if we did not have the 1st amendment, congress could pass a law that said that you could not say the word "olive" then,lets say some one was at the grocery store and they said,"would you like some OLIVES?",and a police was in the store, he would say"your under arest for saying the O word!" What O word"" OLIVES!"! It would be a big mess and that is whyyou cant take the first amendment!
